Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how userflowzz ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit userflowzz.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. We keep what we collect to a minimum.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company (optional), and the message describing your product problem.
Information collected automatically. We store a small language preference in your browser's local storage so the Site can remember whether you prefer English or Hebrew. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical data (such as IP address and request logs) to deliver and secure the Site.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call;
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Site;
- To keep records of leads and our communications with you;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries as the basis for this processing. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers we use
To run the Site and handle enquiries we use trusted third-party providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery, and the serverless function that receives form submissions;
- Notion — where contact submissions are stored so we can manage and follow up on them.
These providers may process data outside your country. We share only what is necessary for them to perform their service.
4. How long we keep it
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, and then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see "Your rights").
5. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and access to stored enquiries is limited to people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
8. Contact
